Context
Sub0 is a Polkadot ecosystem hackathon. We joined from SaltaDev with little time to research, prototype, and present a Web3-oriented solution.
My role as developer
- Contributed to the project's backend and grant analysis logic.
- Collaborated on the project's frontend development.
- Worked in an in-person team with clear task divisions and frequent merges.
Outcome
We delivered Leivy, a system for analyzing project grants and subsidies on Polkadot.
